bust lineups of some of the revised cast. This might be completed on a later date, but for now the sketches will do. I'm still lacking major antagonists, and I'm not sure exactly what roles Drew and Ling play, or if I want to keep that Constantine guy from earlier.  |

All of the variety of Lucian's vampire have a swirling set of blue vein-type markings that are how the ghost roots themselves to the physical body. very bold markings (like the ones on Lucian's hands) are the ones in which those who can manipulate Ether project their energy. Common placement of thicker markings is on the hands, but it's not uncommon to see them in other places as well. |

Promethiate Hellfire, the founder of Filii Lux, the human rebel group that's trying to usurp vampire rule. They just want their light back.... anyways, he's kind of dead...but the Filii Lux organization lives on without him, though they're just kind of not doing all that well.  |

Lucian and another Vampire, Constantine. They're both of the same variety of Vampire that is born with the ability to manipulate Ether (their bodies are hosts for ghosts). Lucian and Constantine end up crossing paths, and Constantine ends up teaching him how to manipulate the energy.  |

Study of the city of Cloud Nine, referenced from a photo of NYC. Cloud Nine is the setting for Pitch Light, the story exclusively happening within the confines of the city. Travel into and beyond the city is strictly monitored, but most of the natives aren't aware of this unless they're part of the political power-holding classes or live really close to the city borders. It's always dark here, with most of the lights taking on a bright hue of blue from Ether, a peculiar energy source that's pretty much exclusive to the city. It has been this way since most of the city can remember, aside from the vampires that rule the city, who may hold an answer but simply won't budge...  |

This is an old peice, from late 2011. Figured I'd start off a mass posting chain by putting these up; these were the first drafts of the main cast minus a few characters! A couple were removed, but I've since found ways to reincorporate them into the plot. Also, a couple of these character designs have changed since this draft.  |
