Ok, this isn't a full OC reference as it doesn't have a colour palette somewhere on the side, nor she has a biography or even a name. It's just a picture of her so people who I art-trade with can draw her without any major problems. You know who you are.
In case it's hard to see, she's a maid, but without an uniform, because it would be hard to see her cutie mark underneath. Also, these things have pretty similar designs, so i don't think I should bother with that. I think I also screwed up her tail. Let's say it was supposed to be gently curving instead of being like deadly spikes of everything repulsive, ok? |

Can't draw half/full body poses to save my life, and thus work on commissions? Design new character in the mean time while I be irritated.
I can't say much about him. This is mostly me thinking about what to do with him. I don't know if he'll keep the lighter streaks in his hair, or what any of his colors will be. But yes. Also trying to decide what kind of tail to give him. All I can say, is that he will be a eunuch, mostly because it seems like an interesting thing to fiddle with, with a character. marking nudity because of the implied naked butt sketches to the side. 8U © VenomousSoliloquy |

lol Dantes legs. It was originally a 10 minute drawing (surprisingly) then I colored it in SAI. I really need to work on drawing shoes and everything correctly sometime.
But yeah, thats what his boots look like. I never draw full body poses of him but this will be a useful reference for whatever until I update it once I improve my skills. |

So I'm in love with the Synchronicity series, especially since the maker released the final part, so after a lot of headcanoning and tweaking, I decided to make an AU based on the roles and themes of Synchronicity, obviously many elements, conceptual and visual were borrowed from the creators, everything belongs to its respective creator
as-of-yet unnamed AU concept art: Link, the Wandering Brother Link was the twin brother of the Songstress. She had often helped lull him to sleep, they were, and are two halves of a whole. He was devastated when she was taken to be the Songstress, and took his aggression out in weapons training, one goal in mind: get his sister back. As time passed, he began to forget details about his sister, in fact all he remembers is a melody in his head, her lullaby for him, the necklace he has that matches the jewel on her belt, and that she was taken. The people he encounters, many of them, view him as a hero by virtue of his sister being their protector. They would stop him in the streets, so he took up wearing his hood to get through crowds. He learned what was happening, both through feeling some of her experiences/going through parallels, and word of mouth, he became embittered and angry. This was when he officially embarked on his quest in earnest. He managed to collect a party, being a highly adept swordsman, that stuck with him. Upon entering where he thought the dragons lair was, he encountered a Sorcerer, and his party and himself were hardly a match, its only by a lucky strike he was able to sever the Sorcerers power. Hes grown long disenchanted with the world and began to blame it for his sisters fate, and inevitably early death, though he knew she was still alive. A jaded fellow, Link also has a nasty case of tunnel vision. He used to care for the world, but now? All he wants is to destroy the world if it means he will be reunited with the most important person in his life. This only became more intense after encountering the Sorcerer. What he doesnt know, is hes got just as much magic inherent in him as his sister, but he lacks a means to channel it, anyway. No one wants him to know this. Least of all after people began noticing his bitterness. |

Doodle to brainstorm Hetherev Winter Masquerade outfits for Jay and Trapper~ Jay is accustomed to wearing skirts and frills for performances, but this is about as fancy as Trapper gets, really. He pulled his hair back!!! Thats a lot for him, trust me.
He still looks more roguish than classy which is a-okay for me. Still gonna tweak a few things before doing a more final illustration. Also used it as an excuse to see their heights side-by-side; Trappers 6.5 feet tall and Jay is 53, so even when she assumes en pointe he towers over her. So the relationship between these two is one of my favorite things; Trapper is, of course, very aloof and quiet and stiff, and Jay is flamboyant and outspoken. They are in a casual sexual relationship with bits of fluffiness thrown in at times. Since Jays a polyamorous pansexual, theyre both completely free to see other people. On the field, though, they are strictly professional: his job is to keep beasties off her from a distance when she charges in with spells and fists. |
