Meet Ludwiczek (Louie). :D This is my old (very old) character. Few days ago I remembered him and made these sketches. Ludwiczek is little... brainless :D and all he can say is "Ik!". :P I hope you like it!

Watercolor The watercolor bug bit me yesterday and considering everything thats going on I just went with it. No plans...just...pure playing with colors and a sketch I did last year. Before I got to the background I was planning on naming this one Razzberry because of the streaks in her hair and the markings on her face, but once I started playing with the background it began giving this overall explosion look to it. Combine that with the mischievous look on her face, I'd say rebellious Razzberry is up to no good. I surprised myself with how much I enjoyed working on this tiny little thing and at how well I was able to control the watercolors. I normally use watercolor pencils which are much different than its tube/pallet parent which I always had trouble with when I was younger and found that the pencils gave you that control that I lacked. I don't know if its my better understanding of different mediums now or being able to follow other artists works in their creative process but I think I finally get it =) |

I want to try something new at times, so here we go. :)
On another note ... I'm sorry for not being around much lately, work and stuff ... But I'll try to get little catching up done this weekend. I didn't check my Watchlist for quite some time though I always take a peak here and there, melting in awe. So I hope nobody will be surprised when I suddenly go and start faving lots of images at once. :') [Will be for sale at MMC 16 art show.] |

It’s done! ^^ This here is a little thank you for a friend, who kept on driving me to from cons over two years. He basically asked for sort of reverted Epic Mount picture and I really loved the idea of Bloodi sittin’ on that oversized mole. *g*
After the first attempt of this picture was doomed to fail due to poor choice of paper I am almost glad I had to start over again. It was upsetting to see the first try being ruined, but I like the composition in this one better. Also, no… he’s not part skunk… that was my (poor) attempt to put racing stripes on him. Attics can be wondrous places, especially if you're a kid. Dark, dusty and packed with obsolete stuff, most of if long forgotten. And maybe, between all of that trash, a box with something marvelous...

A little Orco Badge to test using acrylic inks over normal-grade watercolors. I'll be doing these as commissions at Califur 2013 in a few months so I figured I would make some examples in my free time! I have a Sylveon sketched out as well, and may be doing more later I'm using pretty high-quality materials for these and they take a bit to do, so they'll likely be $20-25 at the convention and I'll be taking around 5 a day. They'll include plastic sleeves and badge clips!
