Nope.. no character, nothing. I don't have any deer faced characters. Just wanted to give it a try. Checked out some flickr references facial references. And roughly.. 4 hours later, I've accomplished something that's kind of okay.

I know my posts are irregular as it is, but this may be the last one for a while...I'm going to make an avid attempt to ground myself from the internet until I get all my homework done, and....I'm really behind, so there's a lot to do -.-
These three are some of Boarfeathers characters....she said she wanted to do some new ref sheets for them, since she never actually posted any old drawings she had of them, and their appearances changed rather drastically since she drew them last...I had no homework at the time, so I hopped on doing some scribbles for her. Cause I was bored. Then I promptly misplaced my sketchbook, and they never got posted HERE either. ^^; These guys are Till, Amadeus and Nikolai. Till is the hefty one (the most drawn one, too :| he was fun.) that looks like a bear-wolf hybrid. Since he's a big guy, and pretty much a big huggable teddy bear if you know him (and aren't on his dinner plate) Jen wanted to give him a bear-like appearance. I'm a nut for attempting to hybridize animals in my drawings, as any of my Ventus concepts can show, so....well, I made a decent attempt :/ I like the result, and she likes the result, so I guess it was successful. Nik is the creeper with tusks. He's Russian, and one of Jen's favorite critters are russian boars, so...tusks. His description was "Its like sticking a werewolf and a chow chow in a blender together, then stuffing tusks on the result....." sooo....he's a tibetan mastiff? XD I love the way the full body turned out, save for the lifted hand (hate that :|) but the face and the tail and the back paw made me very happy. Amadeus is really just the headshot in the middle of the page, since I lost the sketchbook before I could scribble more of him, but he's basically your typical anthropomorphized wolf...we're still tinkering with that, but we were trying to make him a little more slender and lithe than the other two. And now, for someone who's supposed to be restraining herself from the internet, I've rambled long enough :/ so the tl;dr : these are werewolves. They belong to Boarfeathers. |

No, my fursona isn't male. European cave lions were just more fluffy. Well, at least that's what some palaeontologists are thinking and what obviously some stone age artist thought while covering his cave with lion pictures. However, fluffy = good, so I won't complain. *^-^* |

I always have weird interpretations of Pokemon if I like them enough. And here we have a little character, Sayni being chased by Gible babies. She deserves it. Don't worry. To the left we have Soma and Zanga as pokemon, Soma getting some much needed swimming lessons.

It is kind of similar to "Watch the Shadows" only this is kind of simpler and more sketchy. Made on Corel Painter X Art to me this can also be found on my da account. |
