My 2012 reference sheet.

Piercings are as follows, going counter-clockwise.
- 00'GA tunnel/plug
- Eyebrow
- Septum
- Snakebites
- Four subclavical; two on each side.
- Frenum
- and in the middle... tongue
All accessories optional

Fonts from DaFont, sunglasses and hat traced from images on google 'cause I was tres lazy. I just modified the hat a tad.

I'm going to assume that because he's in underwear and not totally nude, that this doesn't warrant a NSFW filter.
